About Us
We are a professional accountancy and consultancy services company. We work as business partners for both companies and individuals. For small businesses we take the approach that "You are the MD, we are the FD" where we enable you as an entrepreneur to be creative in driving the business forward while we keep your finances in check and work as a sounding board for ideas. We are not averse to challenging businesses to think again with plans if we deem there are weaknesses that need to be thought through.
We have many years experience between us working for and in businesses, charities and personal clients. We have seen that whether plans and goals succeed or fail is the difference between having no strategy and a well conceived strategy. Additionally, unless the strategy is controlled and reviewed regularly it too will fail.
With our background we use our skills and experience of seeing the pitfalls and consequences to safeguard businesses and help them to achieve their goals.
We believe that accountants are best placed to gather, analyse, review and recommend action. Much of the information passing through the business complements the financial data and builds a picture of the past and present trading situation. We can then use this to build a picture of the possible outcomes for your business. Whilst no-one can predict the future, the more accurately you can forecast your cash, profitability, liabilities and other risks, the better placed you are to make decisions affecting the business.
